I wouldn’t worry about being gluten free. That’s just something that is very trendy. The people who really have Celiac Disease are very few.
it is so sweet (!) of you to take the time to comment on this. i don’t want to get into catering for people who want gluten free dumplings. i avoid peanut oil because so many people tell me they have it….then there’s the people who say can you leave out the coriander….or leave out the garlic…etc. etc. etc.
